Please note the first 6 weeks of this plan is the 10km beginners plan because we believe you should work your way up and not jump up in distance too soon. After the first 6 weeks the focus changes to become more HM focused to give you that confidence to cover the distance. If you have already completed the 10k plan then we recommend starting at 6 weeks and you are closer to nailing that HM. As long as the 10k training is recent there isn't any need to restart at the beginning.
